COVID-19 Update
Like so many of you, Shepard Moon is having to adapt to changing conditions through this pandemic. Please know that we are endeavored to getting you your products as quickly and as safely as we can. Because of the high volume of shipments, we ask your help in understanding that it may take longer than usual for you to receive your order. We thank you for your understanding. Take care of yourselves and know that we’re making, packaging, and shipping your order out to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Information
- Shepard Moon happily ships to anywhere in the United States though our shipping rates apply only to orders shipped within the Continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will have a small fee added to help cover the additional expense.
- To our Canadian friends, we’re sorry but we are currently unable to ship to you from Shepard Moon. But many of you may be able to get some of our products through Amazon. Amazon Prime carries both our Epsom Salt Baths as well as our therapeutic body lotions.
- We ship all of our orders through USPS, FedEx Home Delivery or UPS. All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Bulk or specialty orders often take 3-5 days to first make, then ship. Please be patient when ordering bulk as we make all of our products by hand.
- Sales tax will be automatically applied for all Washington State orders and if your state also requires us to do so. Wholesale orders must be set up in advance by filling out a wholesale application. Once your wholesale account is set up, please place order directly through orders@shepardmoon.com. Wholesale orders are not processed through this website.
- Shipping rates:
- Free shipping applied to all orders over $25
- For orders under $20, a $6.95 fee will be applied
Our Return Policy
At Shepard Moon, your satisfaction is our #1 attention. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products you may return them for a full refund. Returned items must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please include your original packing slip and email us at orders@shepardmoon.com or call us at (206) 706-3155 so that we can begin processing your return. Because different credit card companies vary in their administrative practices, we ask that you allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We at Shepard Moon, believe strongly in recycling. All of our packing peanuts used in shipping are recycled. We ask that you continue this practice with shipping materials that you receive from us! Thank you!
